Introducing Belly Dancing!
This fun class will take the boredom out of your regular exercise routine, especially if you are trying to lose weight and strengthen your core muscles. Open to all fitness levels and to both men and women. Our studio is a judgement free zone so all are welcomed and our experienced instructor will be happy to modify the routine based on your fitness profile or health concerns.
